We always worry about our weight and always say how to lose weight? What is the first step of weight loss?

I think the first step to weight loss is setting goals. This subdivision must be specific, achievable, and set a schedule. For example, you set goals to lose 6 pounds in body weight in four weeks, it will be a good weight-loss goal, the goal is specific. For most people, lost 6 pounds in four weeks, is not only achievable, but also very practical, in order to achieve this goal, you must develop a four-week weight-loss plan.
