First legs straightened, natural droop of left arm, bent left leg to right hand can hold up to the left heel, pause for 5 seconds, put down the left leg. Similarly, right leg bent into palm of left hand can hold the right heel, left and right legs exchange for the repeated 10 times, you can rest.
