Training site: arms, shoulders.
Sit upright upper body first, straighten right arm, showing 45 degrees with the horizontal, dual Palm natural droop. Curving gently upwards from the Palm with the left hand, a spiral knead, until the shoulder again and repeat this for two minutes. Left arm right arm and truth, when you have finished, rest 1 minute.
